Check your internet connection.
Take necessary precautions to prevent your internet from being cut off during the exam and do not change locations during the exam. If the internet is cut off during the exam, your exam result will be affected as you will not be able to access the exam.
Join the exam via Google Chrome browser.
Install Google Chrome on your computer before the exam and disable pop-up blockers, ad blockers and browser extensions if any.
Do not connect to the exam from a computer with VPN installed.
Internet protocols and some controls may not work on computers with VPN installed and your access to the exam may be blocked by the system.
Check your computer's camera and microphone.
Your camera and microphone must work properly for exam types that require camera and ambient sound recording.
Do not miss the exam deadline.
Exams close when the deadline passes. We recommend that you complete the exams before the deadline.
